Researchers have discovered a link between reusing cooking oil and neurodegeneration issues in rats. These issues were also passed on to their offspring.

This appears to be tied to oil's impact on communication between the body's liver, gut, and brain. This communication network helps regulate various functions.

Study authors suggest supplementing with omega-3 fatty acids, curcumin, and oryzanol could help lower inflammation and neurodegeneration. They also say studies in humans are urgently needed. (Study Finds)
