Diagnosed while filming the first season, Ramsey's journey toward diagnosis was prompted by a crew member's assumption and led to a formal assessment. “My experience of moving through the world is as an autistic person,” they said. “There’s no reason for people not to know.” While embracing their autism openly and with self-acceptance, Ramsey says the labels related to gender and sexuality "do not feel comfy for me in any capacity."
