On March 22, 2025, State Police arrested John Perra, 56, and Sarah Pasquariello-Perra, 43, both residents of Plattsburgh, NY, for grand larceny in the fourth degree. The charges stemmed from an incident on November 22, 2024, when troopers responded to a larceny complaint at Walmart in Plattsburgh. Their investigation revealed that the couple had stolen merchandise worth $1,010.16, passing all points of purchase without paying. Both were arrested, processed at SP Plattsburgh, and released on appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear in the Town of Plattsburgh Court in April.
