A new report shows complaints against judges are at an all-time high.
A recently released report by the NY Judicial Conduct Commission shows a record number of complaints were received in 2024. The Commission says it represents a 12% increase over the old record which was just set the previous year. The Judicial Conduct Commission was established in 1978 and investigates complaints of misconduct against judges of the state unified court system and, where appropriate, disciplines judges.
