Full Public access to Coot Hill - Big Hollow trail
The Scenic Coot Hill - Big Hollow trail in Moriah is now fully accessible to the public thanks to the work of Champlain Area Trails (CATS). The organization, an accredited land trust, found a way to open up the entire trail to the public according to Arin Burdo the group's Executive Director. Beginning next month, the trail will be part of the Lake Champlain Revolutionary Quest, a self-guided tour highlighting the region's role in the American Revolution.
