Police in Lincolnshire, England are asking the public to stop using quads to chase an escaped emu. The large bird escaped and has been seen in the Spilsby area over the last couple of weeks. While rescuers from the National Exotics Animal Rescue Service are trying to lure the bird in with food, their efforts are being thwarted. "Staff and volunteers are concerned because members of the public have been chasing her in 4x4s," a Boston Police social media post reads. "Members of the public are being asked to allow NEARS to carry out their work and to not attempt to approach the emu." (UPI)
