A Massachusetts family is suing Hingham High School after their son was accused of cheating. Jennifer and Dale Harris claim their son used AI as a tool to do research, and did not break any of the school's rules. "They told us our son cheated on a paper, which is not what happened," the boy's mother Jennifer said. "They basically punished him for a rule that doesn’t exist." The boy was not allowed into the National Honor Society as a result. The family wants the school to update its AI policies so they are more clear. (WCVB)
