A man who spent thousands creating a border collie costume to live in is now opening a "zoo" for other humans who dress as animals. Toco the Collie currently has 72,000 subscribers on YouTube who watch him do tricks and interact with other dogs. Now, he wants to create a space for others like him. The center will be called TokoTokoZoo and will let dog lovers live out their dreams of becoming canines. "Have you ever wanted to be an animal?...We offer a service that can help make that wish come true, even if only a little, by having you wear a costume," the official website reads.
