Shoppers Visit Welsh Village For Non-existent Aldi

Would-be shoppers have been coming to the Welsh village of Cyffyliog looking for an Aldi that doesn't exist. Residents have seen confused visitors travel to an empty field, where the Aldi appears on Google Maps. Some believe the "phantom supermarket" was pinned to that location as a prank. "We’ve had people knocking on doors asking where the Aldi is, delivery vans with groceries trying to find a nonexistent loading dock," one local woman said.
