It was a night to remember for Alix Perras. Not only did his Patriots win each event against Plattsburgh, but he broke a 44 year old record, Tuesday in the pool. By swimming a 1:51:69 in the 200 freestyle, he broke the AVCS record set by Dave Comegys at 1:52.83 on Jan 17, 1980. DEC 4 PRE-SEASON INVITATIONAL: Perras started the season off breaking records as he knocked two down at Stafford MIddle School. He set pool records in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Both came under 55 seconds as Perras swam the butterfly in 54.62 and the backstroke in 54.06.
